“ Amazing Japanese service , cooking skills and selection of menus, fusion with french ingredients and sauces. Highly recommend ! ”
“ Excellent cooking (especially) by Chef Ami (Japanese). There is a hint of French with the liberal use of sauce, which tastes excellent. The dishes are prepared with skilled variations from what we are used to (I don’t want to be too detail, as you may wish to explore as an adventure). The fried rice is very simple which is actually refreshing, better than traditional one with egg and green onion. Menu is pricy (HK$1,500+ per set) but considering Price-Performance, I will visit again. Please note my 5 Stars all go towards the Chef’s cooking and the food. The only thing is the Manager is a bit pushy on the menu. A minor issue but without it then the whole experience is perfect. ”
“ The steak is the best I’ve had in Hong Kong. Other courses in the set are a bit up (eel) or down (some with excessive sweet sauce) but overall a great experience in the private room. ”
“ We have booked this place for lunch. The lunch set is on the expensive side but worth it. We have zhe surf and turf. The food quality and presentation is great. The lobster taste fresh and the rice is yum. The beef is also nice. Worth a visit. ”
